Ontario Black Bear is inspired by the nearly 100,000 black bears that roam the province. Ontario is Canada’s most populous province and is home to 38% of the entire country. Although it is not the capital, Toronto is the biggest city in Canada and the only Canadian team to have an NBA team. The Raptors won the NBA Finals in 2019.

The capital of Ontario is Ottawa, and the population in 2019 was 14 million.
